Hey! I am so glad you’re here!

I love writing, and I really love it when what I write is read by people who love interacting with me!  Below you’ll find a handful of my most popular posts (well, if you’ve got a seven-fingered hand!). So, go grab your favorite beverage and spend some time with me. We’ll both be better for it!

Gamecocks rule the roost

In a pretty weird game, South Carolina seemed like they got outplayed all night long and yet they still beat Kentucky to take first place in the SEC East. It’s funny how odd it sounded before the season when Steve Spurrier said the Gamecocks were ready to compete for the SEC title, but now it doesn’t seem quite as far-fetched. Of course, they’ve still got some tough games ahead of them (at UT and Arkansas and home against the Gators) and they could lose all three and end up... almost live

I’ve been working like a maniac to get the quasi-finishing touches on so that we could kind of pre-launch it and get the bugs worked out. All in all, I’m pleased with it, though there is still some tweaking to do. Most of the tweaking, though, requires someone smarter than me. It does feel like the .tv thing has swallowed me up. Please help me out…

Huge game tonight

It’s nothing new that South Carolina and Kentucky are playing each other in a football game, or that they have similar records. What is incredible is that their records are good and they meet tonight both ranked in the top 15. Shoot, if USC was ranked one spot higher, they’d both be top 10. If the Gamecocks can pull off the win, they will be. Postgame entry will come later. Hopefully it’ll be after a win.

Booked the flight today

Today I logged onto the US Airways website and booked 2 tickets to Binghamton, New York for a church planting boot camp. Wendy and I have had a nagging feeling (is that the best way to put it) for a while now that this may be part of the plan God has for us in the future, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to be able to pursue it. Thanks to our church home for helping us take advantage of this opportunity. Not sure exactly how this will fit into all that we’re already doing, but...
