Some people are apt to say something like, “Meet my better half,” when they introduce you to their spouse. In my case, I think it’s overly optimistic to assume that I bring anywhere near 50% to the equation, and so I like to introduce my wife as The Better 99%, or, The B99 for short.
After all, when it comes to Wendy, everyone who knows us knows that I married up.
